Branding and interior artwork for Wilde Beest, a modern farm-to-table restaurant in Kingston, NY. We designed all of the restaurant’s branding and collateral – their logo, website, windows, menus, business cards, gift certificates, and more.

Inside the restaurant, the large-format artworks are “enhanced Audubons” – classic Audubon illustrations with mixed media painted on top. First, we chose animals that suited the space, then added white paint, black charcoal and oil pastels to make the prints more modern and edgy. We then enlarged and framed the artwork on the walls, with a nod to humor (squirrels over the bar), intensity (an eagle eating a snake near the kitchen, a bobcat hovering over a 5-top) and beauty (an alluring fox in the entry).
