Branding, logo design, website, menus and interior artwork for Wilde Beest, a modern farm-to-table restaurant in Kingston, NY. The logo is both elegant and fun – set in a classic serif with a lower case i. We designed their website, window, menus and collateral.

Inside the restaurant, the large-format artworks are 4 Audubon illustrations. I used mixed media to add color and texture to the prints – large swatches of white paint, black charcoal and oil pastel to simplify and enhance. We then enlarged and framed them, with a nod to humor (squirrels over the bar), intensity (an eagle eating a snake near the kitchen, a bobcat hovering over a 5-top) and beauty (an alluring fox in the entry).
